You can place your order directly on the website or give us a call. If you place your order on the website you will receive an automatic response to let you know we have received your order. We will send you an official confirmation within 24-hours with all of the details.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Credit Cards are processed through Stripe. When an order is placed your card will be authorized for the amount but not charged. Once order is confirmed your credit card will be charged for the agreed upon rental amount. A credit card is required for ALL rentals. If you wish to pay by Check your credit card will not be charged unless damage or equipment is not returned. All checks must be received two weeks prior to delivery. We don’t want you to be hassled with payment when you arrive – it’s vacation time!

Minimum rental charge: You may rent our products for as many or as few days as you need, however, there is a 3 night minimum charge for all items and a $25 minimum order before tax and delivery.
Order Procedure:
1. Select the items you want.
2. Enter your dates and delivery information under the “delivery” and add to cart.
3. Checkout through the website.
4. Our representatives will contact you within 24 hours to review and confirm the order.
5. Payment is due once order is confirmed.
