I could not have been more impressed with this rental service for our visit to Austin a few weeks ago. Her communication was prompt and she even coordinated with my in-town relatives for drop off and pick up, which could not have got more smoothly. All the gear was immaculately clean and sealed upon delivery. The bin of toys was the best $5 per day I have ever spent! The toys were age appropriate, high quality and there were plenty to keep us entertained all week. Could not recommend this service and Ashlie more!!

I love the service at I love Baby! I was so thrilled when I found this service in Austin. The rentals were clean, top notch, updated and many to pick from. She delivered and set up the items for us! Ashlie was wonderful! She was friendly and personable and very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off. Everything was clean and in excellent condition! Ashlie put together a customized toy bin for our toddler that incorporated all of my input on his preferences and was absolutely perfect for him! I highly recommend using I love baby rentals!

I never leave comments-testimonials about a business online, but I couldn't not say something nice about this service. I rented a package, everything was top-notch and clean (like new)! Jason delivered everything on time and not only set it up for me but explained how to break it down and set it up again if we should need to move it again. I love baby rentals' is an absolute genius service. We we're traveling from Europe and not worrying about everything our little girl needed for the trip made our holiday stress-free and our luggage much, much lighter.

We rented a bed, stroller, car seat, books and toys. The necessities were in excellent condition, safe and reliable. There was a great variety of books to explore and to read at night. And the toys were abundant with everything needed for the right age. My little girl loved all the different fisher price toys, the animal puppets and big trucks.

Then the extra service Ashlie provides is excellent too. She met us at the airport, waiting patiently because our flight was delayed, and then helped us with the car-seat and packing up everything in the rental car. Communication was quick and Ashlie was very friendly. I wish this service was available in more countries!

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the crib, high chair and toy rentals from I Love Baby Rentals. Our only daughter is 12 months and we're super-conscience of germs so we brought our own sheets for the crib. We didn't end up using them. The bed was very clean, attractive and set up when we arrived to our hotel. The high chair... I've never seen one so clean. Clearly it hadn't been used before by a toddler. And the toys were very clean, interesting (things we'd buy for her), and kept her fully entertained. My only wish is that I Love Baby Rentals was a national company so we could use it wherever we travel. But you definitely feel the small-business personal touch of working with I Love Baby Rentals. If they had a Facebook page, I would be a fan. Thanks I Love Baby Rentals!

Ashlie was a pleasure to work with. We contacted her last minute and she was able to accomodate us and the seat was clean and in new condition. The cost was reasonable and she is very helpful and pick up/drop off was easy. I'd highly reccomend her.

I LOVED my rental experience with Ashlie and ilovebabyrentals.com. We came into Austin from out of town and Ashlie was at our front door right on time with all of our goodies. The toys were all in great condition and very clean. Such a great assortment of things for my 18 month old to play with. The website is so easy to navigate and there really is everything you would need for a short or long stay in Austin.
We needed things for a toddler and newborn. She had them all. I even needed something that was not on the website and she added it just for me! That's superior service. Ashlie also personally came on a Sunday to pick up our order. She is so friendly and easygoing! And again, perfectly on time. 
We loved not having to bring books and toys and tons of gear on a plane. We are renting again and will most likely always do so when we visit Austin from now on.
